Job summary
A leading logistics company in Norwich is seeking an individual to manage warehouse operations and customer service. Responsibilities include processing products, operating WMS, and handling customer inquiries while also performing driving duties as needed. Ideal candidates will possess a Category B driving license, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Qualifications
- Ability to drive a sprinter van 2 days a week (06:00 – 15:00).
- Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets.
- Strong interaction skills with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and execute assigned tasks.
- Respond to customer queries and requests professionally and timely.
- Carry out van driving duties when requested.
- Undertake special projects, providing statistics and reports.
