A leading childcare provider in Whetstone, North London, seeks a passionate Room Leader to lead and inspire a team in delivering exceptional care and education. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience in Early Years settings. They will play a critical role in supporting children's development while fostering strong relationships with colleagues and parents. Salary – Starting from £31,512 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for a Room Leader to join our Whetstone nursery, situated in Whetstone, North London, commutable by car or public transport. The nearest station is Totteridge & Whetstone Underground Station, which is on the Northern Line making it easily commutable from Barnet, Finchley, Mill Hill, Camden, Euston and surrounding areas!
Our 46 place nursery is Ofsted rated ‘Good’, with a beautiful rooftop terrace, which allows children to continue their learning journey outdoors. With a wide range of age‑specific activities and toys, there is always so much to discover and explore, including our exciting sand and water trays.

As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education, to help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
