Responsibilities
- Deliver flexible, learner-focused HR, L&D, and Leadership & Management qualifications to the highest standards.
- Ensure quality targets are met through efficient curriculum delivery and robust assessment practices.
- Lead digitisation projects, enhance our Virtual Learning Environment.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor programme effectiveness, learner progression, and compliance.
- Provide supportive leadership to Programme Managers and collaborate with apprenticeship teams.
- Report on programme outcomes, achievement rates, and resource needs to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Work with learner support teams to create a market-leading engagement approach.
- Ensure compliance with CIPD frameworks and relevant apprenticeship standards.
