Wigmore Vetsis is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a maternity cover contract.
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including consulting, assisting with surgeries and anaesthesia, ultrasounds, laboratory work, and x-ray. You will also provide dental care and inpatient care, along with general nursing duties and patient care to ensure every patient receives the best possible treatment throughout their journey with us.
Our wonderful practice is located in a lovely residential area in Wigmore Rainham, Kent. We are well established in the area with a large, loyal client base. The practice is very busy, offering diverse daily challenges.
Due to the busy nature of the practice, we provide excellent clinical exposure. Our surgery is well-equipped, including an in-house blood machine and digital X-ray machines. At Wigmore, we value our staff, supporting their development and encouraging continuous learning.

Our team comprises 2 Vets, 10 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 Kennel Assistant, and 5 Receptionists. Our nursing and support team are highly trained and knowledgeable, making working at Wigmore a true pleasure.

The role involves working four 10-hour days from 08:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday, with 2 in 4 Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00.
