We’re looking for a dedicated vet with ambition—someone eager to shape a practice, lead a team, and create a legacy. Based in the South Yorkshire market town of Rotherham—with its welcoming community, green spaces, and affordable lifestyle—the clinic offers an exciting foundation:

• 4 consulting rooms and 1 theatre
• Modern facilities including ECG, Endoscope, Digital X‑ray, Ultrasound, and an in‑house lab
• A loyal client base with significant room to grow

This role gives you the scope to set the clinical direction, hone your leadership skills, and deliver outstanding patient care—all while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

We’re seeking a capable GP vet who is passionate about patient care and client service. You should be ready to inspire others and understand the importance of individualised care for every animal. Previous leadership or commercial experience is an advantage, but ambition and drive are what matter most—you’ll have full support to succeed.

This partnership model offers the independence of ownership without the isolation—combining clinical freedom with the strength of centralised support. You’ll also be part of a nationwide community of Branch Partners, all sharing knowledge and experience to help one another succeed.

• Monthly profit share plus guaranteed exit payment when you choose to leave the partnership
• Exit valuations increase over time (multiples applied at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 years)
• Example: Drawings can grow from £110k at Year 2 to £178k at Year 10, with equity increasing from £300k to over £1.2m*
• Equity purchased depends on clinic valuation and affordability, with financing options available
