My client is seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer with 3-5 years of commercial experience, specialising in React. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting exceptional user experiences while working within a modern, fast-moving engineering environment.
- Design, develop and optimise front-end features using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Translate UI/UX designs into fully responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Back-End teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Maintain high code quality through best practices, testing and code reviews.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end standards.
- Monitor, debug and improve performance across applications.
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with React and modern front-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and component-driven development.
- Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil or similar).
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and accessibility.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
- Strong familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
- Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup).
