A higher education institution in Wales is seeking a Digital Innovation Associate to support an innovative project with DangerPoint Ltd. The role entails designing an interactive avatar system, working closely with supervisors, and utilizing a bespoke training budget. This position offers a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months, located at both DangerPoint in Talacre and Wrexham University’s Mold Road Campus. An ideal candidate holds a degree in Computing Games Development or a related field and is eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Digital Innovation Associate (SMART Partnership)
Salary £30,000 plus £2000 bespoke training budget
Full Time Fixed Term Twelve Month Contract to drive forward a project between Wrexham University and DangerPoint Ltd, an award-winning interactive visitor centre based on the North Wales Coast.
We are looking for a graduate in Computing Games Development or related subject to fulfil an exciting SMART Partnership Associate Role. Working with the Academic Supervisor and Company Supervisor, the role will support the development by designing and implementing a cutting edge interactive avatar system.
In addition, there will be a £2000 bespoke training budget available to support the Associate.
The Associate will be based both at DangerPoint in Talacre in Flintshire and Wrexham University’s Mold Road Campus.
This appointment is made as a result of the approval of a Welsh Government funded SMART Partnership with DangerPoint.
