A large health organization in North Wales is seeking to employ a Care Assistant to assist registered nurses in delivering high-quality holistic care to patients. You will be responsible for preparing clinical areas and maintaining patient hygiene. An NVQ 2 qualification or equivalent is essential. This position offers a great opportunity to join a supportive team committed to health services across North Wales.
To assist registered nurses deliver evidence based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers.
Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the under the supervision for periods the period of the shift.
