A leading educational institution in the UK invites applications for the role of People Policy and Relations Manager. This temporary position focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, managing complex employee relations, and ensuring policy compliance. The role involves shaping employee strategies and supporting a small team of Advisers. This role plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing proactive employee relations strategies, with a focus on conflict prevention and resolution, policy development, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Your work will directly contribute to fostering an environment of mutual respect, open communication, and early resolution of workplace concerns. You will also support the development of a small team of Advisers, providing guidance and expertise to managers and key stakeholders across the University.
