A UK-based higher education institution is looking for a Senior Quality Coordinator to enhance quality assurance processes. This role involves providing vital administrative support, focusing on assessment misconduct and student conduct. This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 day’s travel into our Coventry head office per week.
This may fluctuate in line with business requirements.

The Senior Quality Coordinator will sit within our Quality and Registry team and is the university’s administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment. The team is also responsible for processing all results and grades for the students and producing all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony.
The Role – Senior Quality Coordinator
Reporting to our Quality Team Leader, we are looking for a Senior Quality Coordinator to join our highly skilled and supportive Quality Team.
Working in a fast-paced environment, this role presents an exciting opportunity to provide important administrative support and coordination of Arden’s quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures with a particular focus on assessment misconduct and student conduct.
