A large listed global organisation are hiring for a Treasury Operations Director. Reporting directly into the Group Treasurer, this role is a pivotal hire for the global treasury function, and in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of the organisation.

The key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the treasury front office teams
• Market risk management
• Cash management
  • Monitor and consolidate cashflow expectations
  • Manage and optimise group pooling structures
  • Consolidate operational banking into preferred banking partners
• Treasury reporting
• Treasury policy
• Treasury transformation
  • Ensure the team are continually striving for best in class

The ideal candidate :

• AMCT and accounting qualified.
• Experience working in a large multinational business
• Strong communication skills
• Develop, through coaching and support a high performing team
• Experience in shaping and delivering on a treasury agenda
