Responsibilities

• Manage chart of accounts, customer and supplier records, and core bookkeeping operations including invoices, bills, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
• Perform bank, credit card, and payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, Wise) reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll, VAT returns, and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Handle e-commerce bookkeeping (Amazon, Shopify, eBay) and integrate accounting apps such as Hubdoc, Dext, Bill, and Pipedrive.
• Manage budgets, projects, expense claims, and bank loans.
• Utilize AI bookkeeping tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and professional support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Complete monthly KPI reports and maintain a high standard of typing accuracy and speed.
