A global fast-food brand is seeking a Regional D&T Leader for their European business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital leadership and technology strategy, specifically within fast-paced, tech-focused industries. You will lead the Digital & Technology strategy, ensuring that the tech stack effectively supports business needs. Success in this role involves building relationships with stakeholders and driving digital performance across the franchise community. This role is based in the Greater London area.
We are looking for a Regional D&T leader for our Europe business, with proven track record in leading digital transformation and performance, to be part of a fun, fast paced and supportive culture, where all our success comes from our belief in people and investing in our top talent.
As an established digital leader, you will have the skills to influence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way. You will be responsible for leading and developing the Digital & Technology strategy for the European region. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will be working closely with stakeholders within the business unit, functional Senior Leaders and our franchise community. Your goal will be to drive digital performance by ensuring the overall tech stack works seamlessly for the benefit of the customer and the teams in store, ensuring franchisee compliance with brand standards (including driving adoption of the Byte product suite) and shaping actions for improved performance as part of Joint Business Plans with franchisees.
