A market leading company in the UK is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and maintain accounts payable functions. The role involves processing invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing payment runs. Candidates should have a strong background in accounts payable and experience with systems like NetSuite. This temporary position offers a salary between £30,000 to £33,000 based on experience in a professional environment.
Formación
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Experience using NetSuite accounting system or similar would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Responsabilidades
- Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
- Assist in preparing payment runs and liaising with vendors regarding payment queries.
