A leading client in the Rail Industry is recruiting 2 Site Labourers for contract work in Nottingham. This temporary role, with potential for permanency, involves supporting drilling, trial pitting, and conducting inspections. Candidates must have experience as Site Labourers, ideally with drilling knowledge, and must hold a CSCS card and a Driver's licence. Hard work on site is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Labourer, ideally with drilling experience.
• Experience in the Construction, Rail or Highways sector preferred.
• Good understanding of PTS preferred but not essential.
• Must hold a CSCS card.
• Must hold a Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to work hard on site.

This role provides an opportunity to support drilling, trial pitting and other ground investigation works – from straightforward digging trial holes, to extracting ballasts and conducting inspections.

The position is temporary, with the potential to lead to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Support drilling and coring operations.
• Perform trial pitting and other ground investigation tasks.
• Dig trial holes and ballasts and conduct inspections.
• Work days, nights and weekends as required.
• Carry out drilling and coring training provided by the client.
