Are you a commercially driven Management Accountant who thrives on turning numbers into strategy? This is your chance to step into a high-impact role within a forward-thinking organisation undergoing exciting developments.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Director and senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams – shaping reporting, driving performance, and influencing decision-making at every level.
- Own the monthly management accounts across multiple cost centres
- Deliver sharp variance analysis and meaningful commentary against budget and forecast
- Partner with business leaders to guide strategic decisions
- Present financial insights with clarity and confidence to non-finance stakeholders
- Lead system improvements and support ERP implementation
- Build dashboards and advanced reporting using Excel, Power BI or Tableau
- Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and KPI frameworks
- Play a key role in audit prep and continuous improvement across finance
- Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with solid experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Proven business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to non-finance audiences
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex models)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Track record of driving system or process improvements
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
