35-hour contract with typical shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm, including sleep-in duties.

We are seeking caring, hands-on Female Support Workers who are passionate about improving the lives of those we support. You will help individuals gain independence, teach new skills, assist with personal care, and encourage community engagement through activities like Zumba, shopping, swimming, and arts and crafts.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals.

• Hold a full UK driving license
• Be resilient, flexible, and composed
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans
• Experience working with individuals with autism
