Job summary
A leading utilities provider in the UK seeks a Repair and Maintenance Planner to coordinate repair work across the Thames Valley. This role involves managing schedules, monitoring workloads, and communicating with internal and external teams. Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, good IT abilities, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate repair work to teams.
- Manage day-to-day schedules including reactive work.
- Monitor and adjust Gantt plans as needed.
- Circulate schedule updates to Supervisors.
- Raise NST tickets for different work types.
- Review and update permits and housekeeping activities.
- Manage e-digs and ensure work completion.
- Conduct customer call backs as required.
- Communicate changes or risks to stakeholders.
