Job summary
A prominent healthcare provider in the UK seeks a qualified Family Therapist to join their Adolescent Mental Health Team. The role involves delivering family therapy, managing a caseload of young people with mental health issues, and supervising Band 7 family therapists. Candidates should possess a master's level qualification in family therapy and experience in working with adolescents. This position offers the chance to contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to service improvement and quality care.
Qualifications
- BACP registration and master's-level qualification in family therapy are required.
- Experience in working with complex networks and adolescent mental health is essential.
- Ability to manage a caseload and provide clinical supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide care coordination and family/systemic therapy to young people.
- Contribute to MDT functioning and provide supervision to family therapists.
- Support service development and participate in the AMHT duty rota.
