A leading property management firm in Dorchester is seeking a Senior Property Manager II to oversee a portfolio of 8 properties and 603 units. The role requires extensive experience in property management, compliance, and strong supervisory skills. Qualified candidates should have at least 5-8 years of experience, along with knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and related regulations. This is a full-time management position with a competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $117,000 annually.
WinnCompanies is searching for a Senior Property Manager II to oversee a portfolio in Dorchester/Mattapan that consists of 8 properties and 603 units.
In this role, you will plan, control, and direct the daily operations of the properties, maintain positive resident relations, meet the financial objectives of ownership and management, protect the value and integrity of the real estate, be responsible for all applicable regulatory standards and requirements, and manage on-site staff.
The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Please note that the pay range for this position is $105,000 to $117,000 annually. Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
