Qualifications

• Experience in loan agency, ideally within European commercial real estate finance.
• Strong Excel capability is required.
• Essential knowledge of securitised products, loan documentation, and interest calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans.
• Work closely with Legal and external counsel to review finance documents.
• Create financial models and ensure timely reporting.
