A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a qualified solicitor or FILEX with over 6 years PQE to join their Trade Union Law Group. The role involves handling high-profile litigation cases, including Judicial Reviews and employment tribunals. Our Trade Union Law Group is the 'go-to' legal team for the UK’s major trade unions. We’ve recently made legal history in cases like Tesco v USDAW and PCS v Government, defending collective rights and challenging unfair practices like “fire and rehire.” and we are looking to expand and enhance our team.

The continuing increased demand for the team’s expertise arising from our growing reputation has led to a unique opportunity to join our Trade Union Law Group as we look to develop the next generation of expert advisors to the trade union movement. We are looking for a talented litigators who have a passion for social justice and a strong interest in working with the trade union movement to secure justice for working people.
You will have the opportunity to work on strategic high-profile litigation whether it be Judicial Review proceedings, High Court litigation or multi-Claimant employment tribunal cases that aim to test and challenge the boundaries of the law.
You'll have a platform to make a real impact in the lives of working people, supported by a strong team structure designed to help you thrive and lead. This role also offers the rare opportunity to work on landmark cases that shape and define legal precedent.
You’ll receive a £5,500 car allowance in addition to your base salary, along with a contributory pension scheme, permanent health insurance, and a healthcare cash plan (Medicash).
