The Client

Sacco Mann is privileged to be working alongside a growing and ambitious multi-disciplined consultancy, in recruiting a permanent Legal Counsel into a brand-new position based (primarily) in Liverpool, with hybrid working offered and the opportunity to also work from their Manchester offices.


Reporting directly to the Finance Director and CEO, you will work closely with project managers, administrative teams, and external legal advisors, overseeing the review, coordination, and management of client contracts, fee proposals, and technical documentation. Your role will be pivotal in driving clarity, consistency, and commercial robustness across all formal engagements, with a focus on resolving contractual issues and supporting bid submissions.

The Person

The successful candidate is ideally a qualified solicitor with significant commercial/contracts experience. Exposure to the construction or consultancy sectors is a distinct advantage, UK experience is essential.


You'll have a demonstrable commercial approach to legal issues and strong communication skills with excellent written and critical analysis abilities and enjoy engaging confidently with professionals at all levels.



The Role
