Job summary
A leading legal services company in the UK is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to provide strategic and pragmatic advice on UK employment law matters. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of PQE, strong expertise in employment law, and excellent communication skills. You will manage employment law projects and contribute to global initiatives while advising internal stakeholders. In-house experience and exposure to cross-border work are preferred. This role offers a dynamic and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- 6+ years PQE in employment law.
- Experience advising on employment law issues for internal stakeholders.
- Preferably has in-house experience and exposure to cross-border work.

- Advise on employment law issues for internal stakeholders.
- Support and oversee litigation and pre-litigation matters.
- Manage employment law projects and contribute to global initiatives.
- Provide guidance on outsourcing and collective consultation requirements.
- Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to internal know-how.

- England & Wales qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE.

- In-house experience and exposure to cross-border work preferred.
- Advise on employment law issues for internal stakeholders.

- Provide guidance on outsourcing, post-merger integration, and collective consultation requirements.
- Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to internal know-how.
