Surgical Flow Co-ordinator
Position: Permanent - 22.2 Hours per week - Band 6
Department: Whole System Flow Team, ARI
A permanent vacancy (22.5 hrs per week) has arisen within the Surgical Division for the role of Flow Co-ordinator.
As the successful candidate, you will join the wider Whole System Flow Team, which includes the Site & Capacity Team and the Surgical Flow Co-ordinator team. You will play a pivotal role in managing patient flow across the busy Surgical Division daily.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individual with proven problem-solving and influencing skills. You will ensure patients are placed in the most appropriate areas for their needs and communicate effectively across the multi-disciplinary team, negotiating with colleagues at all levels regarding patient placement.
Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 1st September 2025.
