A community support organization in Scotland is seeking Support Workers to help individuals achieve their personal goals and integrate into their community. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting vulnerable individuals and a flexible working pattern. The role offers a pay rate of £13.50 per hour and includes various benefits such as a pension scheme and training programs.

Our Outreach & Short Breaks service provides community support and/or traditional respite care for children and adults.
Community support can include long walks in the county, cinema trips, museums, swimming, chasing dinosaurs! The list is endless and based on the interests of the person supported.
Respite offers the person a break away from family, spending time with us relaxing, providing help with daily living chores, learning new skills and having new experiences.
We work closely with families and other support services to ensure we provide a positive and enjoyable time for each person during their time with us.

We are looking for Support Workers with the passion to work with our fantastic teams. Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people but if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat most out there. You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real-life experiences working with autistic people. You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you.
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working.
This advert is for a bank position 0 Hours per week. The salary for this position is £13.50 per hour.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential.
