Social Media Growth Strategist — Full Time, Wolverhampton. Salary: £25,500 - £35,000.
About Us: We’re The Big Phone Store, one of the UK’s fastest-growing refurbished phone sellers. We’re not just looking for another person to post content. We need someone who knows how to grow an audience, track what’s working, and drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop monthly social strategies focused on reach, engagement, and sales.
- Analyse post and ad performance to guide the content team.
- Plan campaigns around offers, blog content, and customer stories.
- Manage scheduling tools, hashtags, and posting times for best results.
- Report results weekly and refine based on data.
- Identify growth opportunities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Experience growing a brand account (please share results).
- Deep understanding of content analytics and social KPIs.
- Strategic thinking: what to post, when, and why.
- Ability to collaborate with creatives and brief content clearly.
- Strong understanding of organic vs paid content, and how to optimise both.
- Knowledge of refurbished tech or ecommerce.
- Experience using GA4, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and scheduling tools.
This role is all about strategy, growth, and results — not just pretty posts.
