A leading consulting firm in Glasgow is seeking a Workforce Transformation Consultant to drive innovative solutions for client engagement and advisory services. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in talent management and change management to enhance organizational capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will partner closely with clients to develop effective workforce strategies and lead cultural transformation initiatives, while also contributing to business development efforts. The role will be responsible for:
You're not expected to be an expert in all aspects of workforce transformation, it's preferable to have depth of experience in one area from Talent, Skills, Learning, Workforce Planning and Culture.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of the following experiences and strengths. You don't need to meet every criterion-if you're excited by the role and have relevant skills, we'd love to hear from you.
You need to be Security Cleared or eligible to obtain it.

In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes which are designed to help clients rapidly adapt to, and navigate through, complex transformations. Partnering with our clients across all industries, you will leverage your expertise to capture, analyse, and document business processes and requirements, and participate in designing solutions to address business requirements and improve people experience. You will be generating innovative ideas and frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery, and create insightful fact‑based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on‑sell or new sales opportunities. Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
