The role

You'll deliver expert legal advice across a wide range of property and housing matters, helping the organisation stay compliant and able to provide safe homes. Managing your own varied caseload, you'll cover:

• Property charging for funding/refinancing
• Land law matters (easements, covenants, registrations)
• Sales, disposals & leasehold
• Drafting/negotiating contracts, transfers, leases & licences
• Disrepair claims
• Supporting investigations with housing/maintenance teams
• Ensuring broad legal compliance
• Advising internal teams across the business

About you

You're a Property Solicitor who brings expertise and heart. You'll thrive here if you're:
