Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Warehouse. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Recruit and hire staff. Train workers in duties and policies. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Establish work schedules and procedures. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
