Retail Shift Manager

Lidl, Tadley, Hampshire, RG26 4QH

£44,562 per year (estimated)

Full‑time, 35‑hour contract. Pay range: £14.65 – £15.45 per hour. Shift times: 5 am start – 11 pm finish.

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will help maintain high standards day after day. You will motivate the team, take responsibility for the shop floor, and keep the store running like clockwork in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
  • Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
  • Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
  • Manage operations within your store and for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
  • Give customers the very best experience every time they visit the store.
