A popular retail chain is seeking Customer Team Leaders to join their Redmarley d'Abitot store. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and maintaining store operations. Applicants should possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer care. Location: 162 Worcester Road , Malvern, WR14 1AA
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 20-28 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (9pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
