Are you customer focused and looking to be part of a fantastic team? Guildford Spectrum attracts 1000’s of visitors daily and we are looking for Bowl Lane Marshalls to join our team here at the Guildford Spectrum Bowling Alley. You will deliver fantastic customer service at all times, ensuring our visitors have a warm and friendly welcome.

As one of our Bowl Lane Marshalls, you’ll be on hand to assist customers with bowling etiquette, which could be anything from ball weights, shoe hire and the nature of the game. Alongside this, on busy weekends, you will be required to assist in the leading of the bowl team to ensure that our bowl team deliver the best service possible. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis. Full training will be provided and the potential for further training will be available. Hours: 13.25 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

  • To provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems.
  • The skills to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hard working, positive and focused on the delivery of a high standard of service.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to promote services and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offer.
  • Experience working in a customer facing role would be desirable.
