Job summary
A leading construction technology firm in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead complex building management systems projects. The successful candidate will manage all phases from design to handover, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality protocols. Excellent project management skills and a strong technical background are essential, with a salary range of £65,000 - £75,000, plus a comprehensive employment package.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing BMS projects.
- Strong technical understanding of building management systems.
- Excellent project management skills, preferably Prince2.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and handover of BMS systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
