Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of complex SoC/ASIC projects across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure teams deliver against agreed specifications, timelines, quality and cost targets.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment across inter‑functional teams and technical workstreams.
  • Identify, manage and elevate risks and support change control where needed.
  • Mentor and support engineering contributors, ensuring clarity of roles and priorities.
  • Support project planning and resource allocation with the Project Manager.
  • Own technical decision‑making within your discipline, ensuring consistency and best practice.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
  • Track and report technical status, risks and KPIs.

  • Proven experience delivering multi‑disciplinary SoC/ASIC programmes (e.g., Architecture, RTL/Front‑End, Verification, DfT, Physical Design).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability, able to drive clarity and performance in teams.
  • Confident decision‑maker with strong risk management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Clear and credible communicator, both internally and with customers.
  • Experience in customer‑facing technical discussions and shaping Statements of Work (SoWs).

  • Calm, proactive and solutions‑oriented under pressure.
  • Organised, adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Passionate about developing others and fostering a strong technical culture.
  • Resilient, dedicated and committed to quality and success.
Why Join Aion Silicon?
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Flexible working options.
