Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join GSK as a Site Launch Change Controller on a 24-month secondment based in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing the site portfolio, including new pack launches, regulatory changes, and process improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are implemented efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with GMP and EHS standards. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering results that make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and coordinate site impact assessments for new pack launches and changes to existing packs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including pack technologists, QA, production schedulers, and regulatory teams, to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Use GSK systems to manage workflows, approvals, and lifecycle changes, ensuring alignment across all processes.
- Maintain effective relationships with market launch controllers, global pack management teams, and project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the current portfolio and deliver operational efficiencies.
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP, EHS, and other regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning within a regulated environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills would be a plus:
- SAP knowledge or experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or process improvement.
Work Location
This role is based on-site at Worthing in the United Kingdom.
