A leading financial advisory firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Employed Financial Adviser to manage high-net-worth client portfolios. You will deliver comprehensive advice on pensions, investments, and retirement planning, along with industry-leading support. The ideal candidate holds a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has relevant experience. This role offers a competitive salary of £80K plus bonuses.

- Experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager, or IFA is required.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HNW clients.
- Deliver independent, holistic advice across various financial areas.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with paraplanners and admin for client service.
- Contribute to client retention and business growth.

- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HNW clients (average £500k+ per client)
- Deliver fully independent, holistic advice across pensions, investments, IHT, protection, and retirement planning
- Convert warm, qualified leads into long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with dedicated paraplanners and admin staff to ensure seamless client service and compliance
- Actively contribute to client retention and business growth
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
- Experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager, or IFA
