- MRTPI-qualified Town Planner
- Proven experience in development planning (private sector or local authority background welcomed)
- Strong understanding of Scottish planning policy and legislation
- Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
