• InventoryManagement:Ensureoptimalinventorylevelsthroughclosecollaborationwiththepurchasingandwarehousingteams.Monitorstocklevelstoavoidshortagesandexcessinventory.
• Coordination:Collaboratewiththesales,marketing,andlogisticsdepartmentstoensuresmoothproductavailability.Supporttheplanningandexecutionofsalespromotionsandmarketingcampaigns,aswellasmanagingproductphase-inandphase-out.
• StrategicPlanning,S&OP:Developandimplementstrategiestoincreasesales.Identifymarketopportunitiesandrisks,anddevisemeasurestoincreasesalesandminimizeinventorycosts.
• CustomerAnalysis:Analyzecustomerbehaviorandmarketdemandtodeveloptargetedsalesstrategies.Supportthedevelopmentofcustomerretentionandloyaltyprograms.
• ProcessOptimization:Identifyandimplementmeasurestoimprovedemandplanningandprocesses.Continuouslyreviewandadjustprocessestoincreaseefficiency.
• RiskManagement:Assessandmanagerisksrelatedtodemandforecastsandstrategies.Developandimplementmeasurestomitigaterisks.

Qualifications

• Experience:Severalyearsofexperienceindemandplanning,salesmanagement,orasimilarrole.Experiencewithplanningandanalyticaltools(e.g.,SAP,APO, IBP,Excel).
• SoftwareKnowledge:ProficientinusingERPsystemsanddemandplanningtools.Experiencewithdataanalysisandvisualizationtools(e.g.,BW,PowerBI)isanadvantage.
• Communication:ExcellentcommunicationskillsinGermanandEnglish,abilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithvariousdepartments.Abilitytoclearlyandconciselypresentanalysesandresults.
• ProblemSolving:Abilitytoidentifyproblemsanddevelopsolutionstooptimizeprocesses.Proactiveapproachandabilitytoworkunderpressure. High degree of assertiveness.
• Teamwork:Abilitytocollaboratewithinateamandsupportcolleagues.Opennesstofeedbackandwillingnesstocontinuouslyimprove.
