Senior Town Planner

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 plus package

Location: Surrey

Established Developer urgently require a Senior Town Planner to join their busy Land and Development team.

Responsibilities include supporting the acquisition and post-acquisition process, managing planning consultants, and driving schemes through the planning process.

Sites will vary in size from 50 units upwards and in locations stretching across the South.
