Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for a fast-moving and growing manufacturing organisation in Newport.

The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is a key member of the Finance leadership team, responsible for managing all aspects of group financial planning, sales, and margin reporting to ensure transparency and understanding of group performance. This role involves evaluating both financial and non-financial aspects of business investments and key decisions, providing conclusions and recommendations based on data and evidence.

This position serves as a key liaison between Finance and the wider business, leading the annual budgeting process and collaborating with non-financial management to ensure sales and margin targets are met, protected, and optimized.

Additional responsibilities include leading the development and application of detailed modelling and analysis of business performance to enhance operational productivity and profitability.

The role also entails overseeing weekly and monthly reporting, evaluating and analyzing sales and margin performance to keep the CFO and other directors fully informed on performance metrics and deviations from budget, prior year, and forecasts.

• Salary of up to £90,000 plus bonus and benefits package
