• Salary: up to £30,000 based on experience

Our client provides the global financial community with high quality data services, corporate actions, and security reference data. They have won a Data Management Insight Award in ‘Best Corporate Actions Data Provider’ for the 5 years running. This fantastic company are seeking someone to join their successful team as a Sales Support Executive.

This is a permanent position, and we are looking for candidates who have experience working using a CRM system and strong SQL database skills as well as experience liaising with customers and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for administrative support candidates who have an interest in programming, databases, and financial data to join an exciting company.

Duties for the Sales Support Executive

• Maintaining client records in the CRM system.
• Assisting and communicating with clients to handle queries & requests effectively.
• Participating in team projects and effectively managing individual projects around improving the efficiency of the sales function.
• Perform the job role in compliance with security objectives as defined in policies and procedures.
• Providing sales support to both domestic & international client managers.
• Responsible for producing weekly reports for management and liaising with the operations department.
• Attending exhibitions, conferences & events.

Required Experience for Sales Support Executive

• Proven experience in using a CRM system.

For the Sales Support Executive role, we are seeking candidates who are confident taking on multiple tasks, high-level planning abilities, able to manage their time and workload efficiently to meet tight deadlines. This role will require you to be able to work well independently as well as in a team to support the sales managers, customers, and client requests. It is important that you have strong attention to detail and communication skills. You will need to have the ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
