Role Purpose

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining bots to automate high-volume, rule-based processes. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across banking departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Integrate bots with core banking systems, ERPs, CRMs, Excel, APIs, and databases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including test cases and support manuals.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into automation.
• Perform bot testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Qualifications
