  • Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives by integrating advanced technologies such as AI Agents and Machine Learning into automation workflows.
  • Provide technical maintenance and support for the RPA landscape and associated systems.
  • Oversee incident management and change management processes.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to RPA developers and team members, fostering adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partner with change agents to ensure both functional and technical alignment in new automation designs.
  • Develop structured, maintainable state machines, workflows and components that adhere to standards and best practice.
  • Uphold quality standards by conducting regular peer reviews to ensure high‑quality coding practices.
  • Provide support during testing phases by working closely with testing teams to address and resolve issues efficiently.
