We have an exciting opportunity to join our Risk Consultancy team as a Health & Benefits - Risk Consultant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting clients across all aspects of workforce health management.
In this role, you will provide expert consulting services—advising clients on risk and health-related insurances and helping them implement effective solutions that support employee wellbeing. Your work will directly influence how organisations protect, manage, and enhance the health of their people.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for the full spectrum of group insurance services. This includes market broking, renewals, day‑to‑day administration, and strategic consulting. You will also support clients with underwriting, funding models, benefits, scheme governance, and absence management.
