Daily Rate: 400 - 500 (inside IR35 via umbrella)
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Hybrid Working - 3 days pw in BELFAST is essential

Are you an experienced Risk and Controls Specialist looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team as a Risk and Control Lead within the Markets division. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement HCR risk and control frameworks tailored to the Markets business.
• Conduct Inherent Risk assessments, ensuring alignment with firm-wide standards.
• Analyse Manager Control Assessments (MCA) data to identify deficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders for remediation.
• Standardise HCR controls and monitoring processes to ensure effective execution across the Markets division.
• Engage with various stakeholders to understand risks and necessary controls, driving successful implementation.
• Streamline HCR reporting by identifying diverse data sources and assessing methodologies for continuous improvement.
