A leading law firm in the UK is seeking an experienced lawyer with a regulatory background in healthcare fitness-to-practice. This role involves managing cases, overseeing investigations, and conducting regulatory litigation. The successful candidate will provide advice to clients and manage performance indicators while enjoying flexible working arrangements. Competitive salary starts at £75,000 plus benefits. This opportunity provides a dynamic work environment and the chance to develop a practice as a legal advisor.
Our Regulatory team is looking to recruit an experienced lawyer from a professional regulatory background gained within a healthcare fitness‑to‑practice setting. The successful candidate will take a lead role managing cases as part of our established regulatory practice and may be based out of our London, Cardiff, Reading or Southampton office. It is a great time to join us as we grow following new client wins and significant increases in work. Our lawyers act for a range of clients in regulatory case work, including investigations and preparation for hearings before regulatory tribunals, and conduct litigation in regulatory appeals and applications before courts in England and Wales (including the High Court). They may also have the opportunity to develop a practice as a legal advisor to regulatory panels. We offer flexible and agile working arrangements and team members currently attend the office on 2 days each week.
Competitive salary starting at £75,000 plus benefits, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
