A local government authority in Bristol is seeking a qualified solicitor specializing in prosecutions, licensing, and regulatory work. The role involves advocacy in Magistrates Court, Trading Standards work, and providing advice on the Licensing Act 2003. Candidates should have experience in prosecutions and a willingness to learn. You should have knowledge and experience in prosecutions at Magistrates and Crown Court level and be willing to be trained in the others.
