As a Deputy Service Manager at Hft in Didcot and Abingdon, you'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and inspiring those coming to work for Hft to help ensure we have the best staff teams offering great support services.

About the role
Alongside the Service Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing high standards of clinical and personal support, promoting independence and choice. You will support the Service Manager in managing and ensuring the delivery of quality and safety priorities, with delegated responsibility in daily operations and supervision of Support Workers. As a senior team member, you will promote good practice, ensuring safety and satisfaction for those supported and colleagues.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
