An IT services provider in New Malden is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 Account Managers. The role focuses on Cyber Security and Data Protection, requiring demonstrated experience in sales function growth and team management. A salary of up to £90,000 plus OTE is offered, along with support and development opportunities within the role.
Qualifications

Our client, an IT services provider with a focus on Cyber Security and Data Protection, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager into their SLT.
- Take over an existing team of 5 Account Managers.
- Work with the Account Managers on white spacing in their accounts to increase wallet share4.
- Be hands-on and involve customer meetings.
- Grow and develop the team, with funding and support provided.
- Cyber Security Services, Data Protection Services OR IT Reseller / MSP background
- Proven ability to manage a team P&L
- Demonstrable experience of growing a sales function
- Ability to attend sales meetings with the team to help them develop and grow
- This role requires you to be in the office more often than not; commutable to New Malden
The Sales Manager position comes with a basic salary up to £90,000, along with an OTE of £(Apply online only)k. You will be supported in your role and will be given the opportunity to grow and develop the team and your position.
